The high efficient automatic lamination machine is mainly used for the Z shape lamination of the square lithium ion power battery electric core.The separator active unwinding by motor ,Through the tension mechanism, the rectification mechanism,then lead into the stack table. The stack table driven the separator to move back and forth reciprocating to place the electrodes.Two sets of robot chuck mechanism removed the positive and negative electrodes from the cartridge,after precise positioning, they placed on the stack table.There are four sets of pressing knife mechanism on the table cross action pressing the electrodes.After lamination is completed,Transfer batteries to plastic stickers station,Automatic end roll, cut off the separator, automatic adhesive plaster; battery cores automatic output.
