4. Hydraulic Powder Press Machine Instruction：
① Press Powder：
In the open state, as shown in Figure 2, the powder cup and the button mold stacked together, put the powder material, then place them in the base and set a good position, clockwise rotate the discharge valve handwheel to the limit position,Up and down constantly leveraging the hand lever, jack up the template to close the mold, When the pressure gauge reading in the 70kg / cm2 ~ 80kg / cm2 that is pressed to achieve the powder
② Take the powder：
Counterclockwise release the discharge valve handwheel by half circle, the pressed powder mold will automatically open, take powder cup and button mold out, according to Figure 3 put plastic column into the powder cup on the base, swing the hand lever with the mold closed, meanwhile, you can top powder out and take it.
③ Thickness ajustment:
Find 4-set screw on the side of thinckness adjustment nut, rotate the nut to adjust the height, that is to limit the height of the powder, after adjustment, fasten the set screw.It is different from the manual powder press machine.
④ Powder mold and tablet mold replacement：
Remove the powder mold screw, install the compression mold, make it aligned. If you need to change to a pressed powder mold, remove the compression mold, first install the button mold, fasten the screws, and then install the top mold, first lock the screws (not trivial tight), then move the template to rise, the mold is closed , So that the top mold into the powder cup, and then balance the 4-set screw, try it again, until the top mold into the powder cup smooth without interference, correct before they can work.
