Button cell batteries are divide into two types, rechargeable and non-rechargeable. 3.6V rechargeable Li-ion coin cell(LIR series), 3V rechargeable lithium ion battery (ML or VL series); non-rechargeable, including 3V lithium manganese button cell (CR series) and 1.5V alkaline zinc and manganese button batteries (LR and SR series).
Coin cell cases and crimping machine are necessary parts for laboratory research. The main type of coin cell cases(T-2032) are as below:
CR2016: Diameter 20mm; Thickness: 1.6mm
CR2025: Diameter 20mm; Thickness: 2.5mm
CR2032: Diameter 20mm; Thickness: 3.2mm
It is most suitable for the crimping machine(TOB-MR-120-B). The crimper is suitable for sealing various types of coin cells such as CR2032,CR2025,and CR2016 with adjust the sealing line and without changing the die. It can also crimp CR2325, CR2450, AG3, AG5 and other special size cases with optional die sets.
In addition, customers can easily replace the original die for disassembling purpose.
